Undertaking a structured triathlon training program is a serious endeavor with significant, meaningful benefits. Our staff of highly qualified professionals is prepared to confidently guide individuals of all athletic abilities to the finish line of any event, from the Hamptons Sprint Triathlon to the Hawaii Ironman World Championships.

Tri4Life encompasses a holistic approach to preparation. Working closely with a sports nutritionist and triathlon expert, our clients will accomplish all of their triathlon goals and exceed their personal expectations.

Triathlon Coaching Services

Ultima Program


Fee: $295/month
Features: The Ultima Program provides the athlete with the most advanced and effective training program possible. Communication is unlimited and includes client-initiated e-mail and coach-initiated telephone consult weekly. The coach will review the athlete's daily training log and make appropriate changes in a continuous effort to create the most effective and efficient training program possible. This program is perfect for the busy professional with a hectic work schedule who wants the best for their triathlon preparation.

Requirements: A non-refundable $295 deposit (1st month payment) is required in advance. There is no minimum commitment and you may discontinue the service at anytime. A triathlon coaching associate will contact the athlete once a Trismarter.com representative has matched the appropriate coach with athlete and the athlete has placed a deposit and completed the release.

Training Program: Schedules will be updated and posted daily through our training interface accessible on the Client Resources page. These records are only accessed by the triathlon coaching associate and/or sports nutritionist and the athlete. The athlete should record all post-workout data in their on-line training log. Each day's schedule may include:

Physiological indices to be completed each morning which indicates training responses and recovery.

The day’s workout(s) to be completed as well as specific areas of focus.

Heart rate-zone chart to record training time in zones.

Space to record actual workout.

Victory Program - Triathlon, Running & Cycling Options


Fee: $175/month
Features: The Victory Program provides the athlete with an intelligent and effective training program at lower cost. Monthly telephone contact and weekly email contact (athlete-initiated) is included to complement the training program structure. The coach will review the athlete's daily training log bimonthly and make appropriate changes in an effort to create an effective training program that avoids overtraining and puts the athlete on the road to victory.


Requirements:
A non-refundable $175 deposit (1st month payment) is required in advance. There is no minimum commitment and you may discontinue the service at anytime. A triathlon coaching associate will contact the athlete once a Trismarter.com representative has matched the appropriate coach with athlete and the athlete has placed a deposit and completed the release.
